Fullstack Javascript Developer
Our client was founded in 2018 with the aim of simplifying the logistics operation of goods transportation. They offer advanced cloud-based and proprietary branded software for logistics companies. From a futuristic office building on the A10, nearly 10 people work on this growing success. There is a relaxed and mature atmosphere where everyone is closely involved in the product. Of course, besides work, there is also time for fun get-togethers and outings.
The technology being developed simplifies the daily tasks of employees in logistics and meets the ever-changing expectations of customers. Two products are being worked on: the operations system and the customer portal. The stack they work with is Typescript, Node.js Vue. It is mainly about the backend experience.
The operations system keeps track of all the data the customer needs to find the best solution for the cargo. One gets insight into the operations and also the system simplifies the processes with our own brand freight management system. From the customer portal, one can arrange and track everything themselves. Think track and trace system, invoicing and order management system.
As the product is growing rapidly, reinforcement is sought. As a Fullstack Javascript Developer, you will be part of the 5-member development team. The focus will be more on the backend. Yet you are also able to work in the front-end. The stack is Typescript, Node.js and Vue.js.
You are jointly responsible for devising and developing new features. You also continue to develop current modules. You like complexity and are strong in data modelling and mapping.
We are working hard to set up a loose API environment that will make it easier for both systems to connect with third parties. It is therefore nice if you already have experience with this and can share your opinion on it.

Profile of the Fullstack Javascript Developer:
- HBO/ Working and thinking level
- At least 6 years' work experience as a Node.js Developer
- Extensive experience with Typescript, Nest.js or similar
- Experience with Vue.js or similar front-end framework
- Experience with APIs is a big plus
- Experience with Cloud environments such as AWS
- Experience with GraphQL
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
- Likes a startup vibe
