Front-end Developer
Two former colleagues at Adyen kept running into the same problem. Subscriptions are often paid independently of usage. This should be able to be done more effectively. So they joined forces in early 2022 and started the platform. From a modern share building in the centre of Utrecht, 20 people are working hard to quickly expand this success. There is a real startup atmosphere where people crawl together in front of a whiteboard whenever a new idea comes to mind.
The User Based Billing platform is being developed at a rapid pace. Because of the owners' network, many customers started using it immediately after going live last April. The advantage of this payment method is that you pay for the value you add. This is attractive to many organisations. It offers an interface and a back office system. Here, companies can add a product catalogue, track processing, link the price meter to the product being sold and create their own pricing plan.
Due to its success, we are looking for a Front-end Developer to join the team's 9-member development team. Together with 3 other senior front-enders, you are jointly responsible for the further development of the web applications. In this, you work closely with Product and Design. The backend is developed in Java and Kotlin. The front-end is written with Typescript, Vue3 and Nuxt 3, StoryBook and Tailwind. It is important that you have previous experience with these. Building and working with APIs is not unfamiliar to you. Because they are in the early stages of the product, your opinion is very important and you can add a lot of value.
You have a commercial mindset and love a startup vibe. Everyone works hard for success and is willing to go the extra mile for each other. In this critical phase, it is therefore important that you are willing to come to the office for at least 4 days. You think along about new possibilities and have an eye for detail. If you have experience with fintech, you have a line in front!
Profile of the Front-end Developer:
- Completed HBO/ WO education in the direction of IT
- At least 4 years' work experience as Front-end Developer
- Extensive experience with Typescript and Vue3
- Experience with APIs
- Experience with Unit testing & end-to-end testing
- Fintech experience has an edge
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You love a good technical discussion
Package deal:
