Customer Service Process Improvement Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Service Process Improvement Specialist to optimize and streamline customer service operations within a fast-growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and implementing key service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end customer service processes.
- Design and implement a service funnel to improve the customer journey.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Define and track KPIs to measure process effectiveness and customer experience.
- Support the integration of new tools, systems, or automation solutions.
- Act as a bridge between customer service, operations, and technical teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong experience in customer service process optimization and workflow design.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in a B2C or technical service environment is a plus.
