Customer Service Process Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Process Improvement Specialist to optimize and streamline customer service operations within a fast-growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and implementing key service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end customer service processes.
  • Design and implement a service funnel to improve the customer journey.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure process effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Support the integration of new tools, systems, or automation solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between customer service, operations, and technical teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong experience in customer service process optimization and workflow design.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in a B2C or technical service environment is a plus.
