For our client, a leading player in the educational sector with offices in multiple European countries, we are looking for an IT Director (Business Systems and Operations).

As IT Director, you will be responsible for the internal IT department, focusing on strategic IT systems, including ERP and CRM. The operational aspect is minimal, as an established operational team is already managing IT operations on Azure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the organization has the right IT capabilities to optimally support business operations. You will lead a team of specialists in NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM), reshape these teams, and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with business leaders across the organization. While hands-on knowledge is not required, you should be able to communicate effectively and understand business challenges related to applications.
The profile of the IT Director:

At least 10 years of experience in IT management, including several years in a similar role.

Deep expertise in one of the following domains: ERP, CRM, or IT leadership, with broad knowledge of the other two.

Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a strong plus.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team of specialists.

Proven experience working within complex, multinational organizations.

Ability to engage with business leaders and understand application-related business challenges.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Experience with IT Service Management and process optimization.
Package Deal:

Salary between €120,000 – €140,000 per year.
