For our client in Utrecht, we are looking for a:
Node.js Developer
Founded in 2014 by three IT enthusiasts with a passion for custom solutions, this software company has grown into a 35-person agency, including 20 developers. They create smart apps and backend systems for clients such as KLM, Lufthansa, Deloitte, and ROC Midden Nederland. The atmosphere is ambitious, no-nonsense, and collaborative: they work hard but also know how to enjoy a good laugh and a great cup of coffee.
The company specializes in custom software and serves a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, and IT. Their tech stack centers around Node.js with Express, AWS, and TypeScript. On the front-end, they work with React, Flutter, and Kotlin. The team follows full Agile practices, with two-week sprints, refinements, demos, and close collaboration with clients. You typically work on 1 to 2 projects at the same time, so variety is guaranteed.
Due to continued growth, the team is expanding. As a Node.js Developer (fullstack is also welcome), you’ll join an experienced team. They are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into the company and adapt easily to local work culture. Therefore, it’s essential that you already live in the Netherlands or have previously lived here. You’ll collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and have a big role in shaping technical solutions. It’s good to know the company moves quickly: onboarding is smooth and the interview process is clearly structured.
Profile of the Node.js Developer:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level

At least 3 years of experience with Node.js and Express

Experience with TypeScript and working in an AWS environment

Bonus: experience with React or Flutter

Familiar with Agile development methods, such as SCRUM

You live in the Netherlands and can quickly adapt to a Dutch work environment

You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy working on multiple projects at once
Package Deal:
