Freelance Next.js Developer
This digital agency has been delivering impactful digital solutions since its founding. The team consists of around 50 professionals, including strategists, designers, developers, and project managers. English is the main language within the team, which includes several international colleagues. The agency offers full-service digital support: from strategic consulting to the design and development of complete digital environments. Projects vary across industries and include websites, applications, interactive platforms, and tools — each project bringing fresh challenges.
We’re looking for a freelance developer who can immediately contribute to ongoing projects and also take ownership of new ones. A current team member is rolling off soon, so your skills will be essential right away. You’ll work alongside medior developers and are expected to coach and support where needed.
You’ll work with modern technologies like Next.js and various headless CMS platforms such as Payload and Prismic. Experience with motion in the front-end is a plus. You’ll be expected to work from the Rotterdam office two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays); the rest of the week, you can work remotely.

Profile of the Freelance Next.js Developer:

Bachelor-level thinking and working

Minimum of 5 years' experience in front-end development

Strong experience with Next.js and headless CMS platforms such as Payload and Prismic

Experience with animation/motion is a plus

Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team

Fluent in English

Package deal:

Freelance position, 40 hours per week

Duration: 2 to 3 months, with possible extension

Rate: €80 – €85 per hour (excluding VAT, including travel expenses)

2 fixed office days in Rotterdam (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
