Role overview
As IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll manage the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud services (Microsoft Azure, 365), server administration, network security, and compliance with ISO 27001 standards. You'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing IT systems while leading a talented distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Design & Management: Lead the design and maintenance of both on-premise and cloud systems, including servers, networking, storage, and virtualization.
- Cloud Management: Oversee cloud architecture, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure, maintaining ISO 27001 compliance and managing risks.
- System Monitoring & Upgrades: Proactively monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and plan for infrastructure upgrades.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT teams across different regions, fostering collaboration and setting performance goals.
- Vendor & Service Provider Relations: Manage third-party vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
- Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains cutting-edge.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5+ years in infrastructure management, including server administration, networking, and virtualization.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including platforms like SharePoint and Teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Windows Server (2016-2022), Windows 10/11 Enterprise.
- Networking and security expertise with SonicWall firewalls.
- Scripting in PowerShell.
- Disaster recovery and physical security systems.
- Endpoint security across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
- Compliance & Security: Strong understanding of ISO 27001, IT security protocols, and global data privacy laws.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions.
- Communication: Strong communication and decision-making skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving under pressure.
- Willingness to work overtime during critical operations.
- Flexibility to travel across regions as required.
