  • Security & Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure security, maintain ISO 27001 compliance, and proactively manage risks.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT teams across different regions, fostering collaboration and setting clear performance goals.
  • Vendor & Service Provider Relations: Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring the fulfillment of service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest technologies to keep the infrastructure at the forefront of industry standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of deep technical expertise and leadership skills, with a passion for building secure, scalable, and compliant IT systems. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience: 5+ years in infrastructure management, with server administration, networking, and virtualization skills.
  • Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including platforms like SharePoint and Teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, Windows Server (2016-2022), networking security (especially with SonicWall firewalls), PowerShell scripting, disaster recovery, and endpoint security across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
  • Compliance & Security: In-depth understanding of ISO 27001, IT security protocols, and global data privacy laws.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions and communicate effectively.
  • Problem-solving: Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime during critical operations and travel as required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pension: 8% contribution (6% employer, 2% employee)
  • Paid Time Off: 24 vacation days.
  • Travel Support: Travel allowance of €0.23/km or negotiable travel budget.
  • Company Phone & Laptop: Provided with a phone and subscription.
