Our client in the Netherlands is looking for a Data Analyst.

The company specializes in creating educational solutions that support students' and teachers' learning journeys. It provides tools that enhance education at various levels by leveraging data, technology, and insights.
Our client is expanding its Data & Insights team to further support its commercial domain by turning sales and marketing data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with different business units to develop analytical dashboards and reports that support decision-making. You will create Power BI dashboards, analyze sales and marketing trends, and ensure optimal performance of data-driven reports. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to embed a data-driven culture within the organization. The team you will join is dynamic and cross-functional and values transparency and quality in their work.

- Design, build, and maintain analytical dashboards using Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key insights and business opportunities.
- Work with complex DAX calculations and data models to improve reporting accuracy.
- Provide recommendations on data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in analytics and reporting tools.
The Profile of a Data Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field with a commercial business focus.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, specifically with Power BI (Tableau or Qlik).
- Experience with DAX, Python, or R is preferred.
- Power BI (PL-300) certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
- EU work permit and ability to work from the Groningen office.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link data insights to strategic goals.
- Analytical, innovative, and structured problem solver.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
