For our client in the Haarlem area, we are looking for a:

Growth Marketer (Fluent in German & English)

This Growth Marketer role has become available due to ambitious international growth targets. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market strategies in new markets, focusing initially on Germany. You’ll join the marketing and design team and collaborate closely with product and sales. Your work spans performance marketing, data-driven optimization, brand positioning and content planning. You know how to build trust and visibility in unfamiliar markets and enjoy experimenting with new growth tactics. The team you’ll join is fast-moving, collaborative, and innovation-minded. Profile of the Growth Marketer:
•          Completed bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or commerce
•          At least 2 years of experience in a creative or commercial setting
•          Proven experience with go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns
•          Skilled in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tag Manager, and performance dashboards
•          Fluent in both English and German (must-have)
•          Experience with marketing in the German market is a strong plus
•          Experience with CMS tools and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
•          Affinity with digital innovation and improving outdated workflows
•          Available for at least 36 hours per week
•          Creative, analytical, proactive, and data-driven

Packagedeal:
•          Up to €4,500 gross monthly salary based on 40 hours
