Marketing Automation Engineer

As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in leveraging their technology to its fullest. This position was created to help optimize and connect their marketing stack. You'll be part of a cross-functional team of marketers, IT specialists, and external partners. Your responsibilities include improving HubSpot workflows, building system integrations, and developing predictive models. You'll directly impact millions of audience experiences. They are looking for someone who works independently, takes initiative, and thrives on technical challenges in a creative environment. Profile of the Marketing Automation Engineer:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Marketing, or related field

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot

Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or SQL is a plus

Familiarity with tools like Segment, Bynder, Drupal, or Optimizely

Experience in setting up integrations and API connections

Independent, communicative, and proactive

Preferred: experience in international B2C markets such as entertainment or media
Package Deal:

Up to €6,000 gross monthly salary based on 40 hours
